Sarah & Casey radiate a literal happiness glow everywhere they go. They have so much fun together and you can tell because they don’t stop laughing (or giggling). From the minute I met them I realized they were moment makers. Things mattered to them. Time together mattered, and it was going to be quality. They put heart into everything they do and surround themselves in a space that is comforting and thoughtful. Their Beloved session at home over charcuterie, wine and ice cream with their fur babies was proof of all of this. She, a product stylist. Him, an enthusiastic participant of all the things styled.

I just adore them both. And thankful for their grace.

This was my first hit of the covid virus. A literal me, driving to their wedding with my kids test results being text to my phone, coming back positive (ohhhh no). It was such an unfair pickle to be in. I found out the day before their wedding and was preparing a backup plan just in case. I needed the best photographer there for them if I couldn’t be. I thought we were good. But unfortunately our whole family has been in quarantine and I missed my first wedding of my career of 15+ years. I felt so awful sitting outside their venue preparing my team to go in for me. I want to send a serious shout out to Deanna and Shelby for dropping everything and filling in for me and doing it with grace, efficiency and craftsmanship.

I’m so proud of these images and I hope Sarah & Casey can see their love and their happiness portrayed in these images.

Congratulations to you both. I’m sad to have missed the big day but am in awe of you two and have loved watching you both grow through your story together.
