I can’t say it any better than the bride herself:

“Our first date was on a Sunday, we went to Bar Louie for lunch and then went to the History Museum (because he knew I was a history major in college, I had just graduated 2 months earlier). As we were walking into the history museum, we had our arms around each others waist (we just already knew the other person was special) and it started to snow these really big snowflakes. A huge snowflake landed on my eyelash and I could see it sitting there. I looked up at Dave and said ‘Look at the huge snowflake on my eye’ and when he looked down at me there was just this moment.. looking into each others eyes with the snow coming down. Later Dave would tell me this was the moment he knew I was the one.

Christmas has always been the most romantic time of the year for me, and I love everything about it. It was also always my Grandma Clara’s) favorite time of year as well. On Christmas Eve, 2012, my Grandma went to heaven, and I was the last person she opened her eyes back up to look right at before her last breath. She and I had an incredibly special bond and it carries through to this day. Growing up Christmas was always my favorite, and now it holds even more meaning, it is a dream come true to be getting married and having a Christmas Wedding.”
