Kali & Adam, just days after their engagement session at Loose Park’s Rose Garden in Kansas City, celebrated another Kansas City event. They tied the knot on October 9, 2016 and were the second couple ever to get married on the lawn of the Nelson Atkins Museum. Pretty monumental! This day couldn’t have been more perfect. The October in Kansas City this year has been warm and long lasting, the flowers staying bloomed much longer and the whole month just perfect for weddings. October is by far the most favorite month for weddings in the midwest anymore. Three weddings and three sessions in the first week of October for us, my heart is full! I’m so happy for these two. The interaction between their families and the love that is amongst them is just inspiring. I’m so glad to have met them and been a part of a team of some of Kansas City’s very best in the wedding industry. I hope we here in Kansas City, showed all of your friends from California, a really great time. Congratulations on your most beautiful fall sunset wedding. From your outdoor ceremony on the infamous lawn, to the cocktail hour on the art terrace, to the dinner in Rozelle Court, to live music and dancing in Kirkwood Hall and partying in the Banana Who? Booth, along side your DIY birdie name cards and the sparkler exit, your wedding couldn’t have been more perfect.
