We say the world is getting smaller and smaller. I believe this the older I get. When I sat down with Ali & her mother for their first consultation, even though Britney with Plush Productions sent these beautiful families my way, we made the connection that I was hired by the grooms parents to document Ali & Dillon’s high school graduation many years ago.. The first graduation at Staley High School in North Kansas City. After shooting Britney’s wedding with Plush, Ali saw her images and wanted to hire her and her photographer, which in turn, was me, now being hired by the bride’s family. It was so funny when we came to that realization. How precious it is too to see Ali & Dillon after so many years, as high school sweet hearts now getting married. They were perfect for each other then and they are perfect for each other now. And I am so thankful, blessed, ecstatic to share these images with you from their wedding day at at The Elms in Excelsior Springs, Missouri… Two very dear families to my photography business. I went and pulled up the graduation photos from a few years back and seeing the changes in the little kids who were so small then who are now teenagers is adorable.
