I say it every year. The Independence square and surrounding neighborhoods are always lavishing in fall color. Some of the most gigantic and beautiful fall trees are in our local neighborhoods. Just walking the dog every evening feels so magical. So where did we do this families adorable fall family portraits? Right here in the Independence and Englewood neighborhoods. We just took a walk around the block, playing in the yards and near the steps of the entrance to our neighborhood. And it was so much fun! Chris, KC and their little mini-me’s are some of my favorite people on Earth. The spunk and fun, and those little smiles they bring to my sessions and their family every day are so enjoyable. Their friendship has become so important to me and seeing their family grow has been a blessing. Healthy births, beautiful girls, a great home environment. And now they are about ready to pack up and move into their dream home nestled back in an older neighborhood with homes detailed in character… and the best part, they are close and they have a POOL! We will be spending a lot of festive time together there I am sure. I am so excited to see their new home full of their fun images of Lily’s newborn pictures, their 6 month old pictures with baby Lily, Lily’s 1st birthday, their maternity family session, and even their birth story of little Violet.   (Whew-we’ve captured a lot of the Rossons)
