WHAT a dream team. We had the opportunity to work with a group of some of Kansas City and the Midwest’s absolute BEST wedding professionals. They are all as lovely and kind as the breathtaking work they create. And it takes an army to put together a fairy tale. As it should. Brides and groom’s shouldn’t be worrying about trying to do it all on their wedding day. As a recent bride who planned a destination wedding, who is an artist, and who is in the industry… I knew first hand how important it was to have help, help you. It allows you to relax on your big day. It is a lot of fun to have a little hand in the decorating process, but for the most part, I always tell my couple’s to let the professionals do it on the day of. After all, you’ve paid them to create your dream wedding and they can and will do it for you. Collaborate ideas and fun details before the wedding and the day of you just sit back and let your day unfold.
As the Art Director of EA Bride Magazine, I get to collaborate with some incredible business owners and wedding professionals…. Our goal is to inspire brides worldwide. We want to show you how you can pick a color scheme and create inspirational details to enhance those colors. As the Art Director, I pick a color palette, we sit down as a creative team and brainstorm the look we want to share as inspiration to current and future brides and grooms, and then we all pull together our own resources and talent and collectively put a LOT of work into these shoots. And this one…. woo we nailed it. This shoot was stunning, held at the Hilton President in downtown Kansas City. We expressed multiple times, that this was a dream team. It’s weddings such as this one, that made me want to change my very own style and look just months before my own wedding. I drooled over the diamond shoulder piece that Gown Gallery provide. Oh my, I don’t think i’ve ever seen such a jaw dropping gown and accessories before. And you MUST see this cake. The details are so intricate. The gold shimmer on one of the tiers with the ruffle texture was just incredible. I could speak highly of every single detail put into this wedding collaboration. So thankful for all the people who are enthusiastic and so, so talented to work along side with. But the best part about the whole shoot….
