I have a lot of love in my heart for this family. Especially these kids. They are full of joy, and hope, and desire and are running after God’s heart like you couldn’t believe. All of them compassionate, steady and what a true American family looks like. Honoring all of them together this spring with their perfectly unified red, white and blue as we remember their/our fallen soldier Benjamin Ashley, brother to Khristen (shown with her three kids) and son of the two who are so giggly together. I want to thank you all for this amazing shoot. As much as it seems we do a lot to get these pictures, they would never be as sentimental without your story to tell and your awesome smiles and fun loving families. I love you all and hope you enjoy these portraits forever.

Please keep Opa (grandpa) in your prayers as we’ve captured these images right before he will undergo surgery in his jaw to remove a lot of cancer (that’s not welcome there). It’s not been a pleasurable experience physically and emotionally… prayers are so important here. Prayers for peace, trust, patience, quick recovery, and even financial support.  You are very loved Opa!
