So I’ve been thinking all day about what to say about this photo shoot. It is unlike any others. Not only do I know this couple, but I know of their powerful, in depth, God centered relationship they have and it has been the topic of many of mine and Terra’s conversations over the last 8 years. Yes that’s right, I said 8 years.

If there was ever such thing as a real fairy tale story, these two would have wrote the book. And I would have read it 100 times wishing to be that same princess. Through the love & tears of dating for years, and mission trips that lead to a committed separation, and dating others, this story just continuously blows me away. It’s so neat seeing God work in His mysterious ways. After all the anticipation and wonder of “could it be..” it’s even cooler to see His outcome.

Your relationship is an inspiration to me, and I was super honored you chose me as your photographer to capture the love you have for one another. As your friend, what a journey it has been, to be by your side, praying for you both daily. If only you could have seen the silly expression on my face and felt that giddy weird feeling in my heart when you called to tell me you were engaged to the man of your dreams.. I almost felt as if it was happening to me. I am so happy for you both.

God is good yes He is! And I know that you guys will have a long & happy life together with tons of laughter & blessings your way.
