You Can’t Pray for Change and Stay the Same

S1, E18 of the Dream Doers Podcast – “You Can’t Pray for Change and Stay the Same”

🎧 Stuck in financial chaos? Feeling overwhelmed, behind, or unsure how to start building stability?
This episode is for you.

After weeks in a financial course at her church, Jana Marler noticed the same pattern over and over: people desperately want change, but she has some real solutions and when real solutions show up: simple, affordable, practical, we freeze. In today’s episode, Jana breaks down why this happens, how faith shifts our financial mindset, and what it really takes to move from chaos to clarity and open our minds to new possibilities.

Inside, you’ll hear real stories of families, entrepreneurs, and everyday people who discovered financial options they never knew existed, plus Jana’s own testimony of learning to trust God with her finances and her future.

💬 If this episode stirred something in you, share it with someone who needs a reminder that God still opens doors, and it’s time to walk through them.

Show Notes – “You Can’t Pray for Change and Stay the Same”

Jana Marler (00:01)
Everybody says they want out, out of debt, out of chaos, out of survival mode, out of paycheck to paycheck hamster wheels, out of that constant hum of anxiety when they open their banking app, out of the stress that keeps them awake at night making fake math in their head hoping that it will magically add up. Everybody says they want freedom until you put the exit door right in front of them.

That’s the part that we don’t like to admit, you guys. The door appears, the path is clear, the solution is simple enough to understand, affordable enough to step into.

and real enough to change their future and instead of walking towards it, most people freeze. They hesitate. They pick it apart. They Google all the scary angles. They ask 10 people who are just as stuck as they are for advice. They assume it’s too good to be true because it didn’t come packaged in 20 years of suffering.

And after sitting in a financial class at my church for the past month, hearing real people share their real stories about money fear and feeling stuck, and after talking to a lot of my friends who have come out of a really hard season,

It finally clicked for me. Most people don’t lack desire. Most people don’t lack intelligence. Most people don’t even lack opportunity. Most people lack belief. Belief that something different is possible for them. Belief that they can actually change the trajectory of their life. Belief that God cares about their bank account and their bills as much as he cares about their prayers. And that’s what we’re digging into today.

Welcome back dream doers to the dream doers podcast here We get honest about what it really looks like to build a life with purpose with God and with some actual structure under your feet

Here we talk about the hard stuff. the storms that knock us flat and the ways God helped us stand back up. Here we talk about parenting and entrepreneurship and faith and trauma and finances not as separate boxes but as one big messy beautiful connected life we’re trying to steward well. Here we don’t pretend that following God means everything is easy. We don’t pretend that building a business is glamorous.

We don’t pretend that healing is quick by any means, but we also don’t pretend that you’re powerless. We talk about the practical and the spiritual side by side because real transformation needs both. So wherever you are listening from today, in your car, at the kitchen sink, walking the dog, sitting in your office, or hiding in the pantry from your kids, for five minutes of sanity, I’m so glad you’re here. So let’s get right into it.

asked God to put on my heart during this class, what will I speak about on my podcast today That’s going out tomorrow.

And God just nudged my heart and said, you know this isn’t just about money, right? This is how people respond to me every day. Because Jesus does the same thing every single day. He doesn’t bulldoze your life. He doesn’t come crashing through the window. He knocks. He offers a better way. He offers wisdom, peace, structure, protection. He offers healing.

He offers abundance, he offers rest. He literally offers us a new way to live every day.

But how often do we hear the knock and think, ⁓ not right now, or I’m too busy, God. I’ll fix it myself. I don’t trust this. This doesn’t look how I imagine freedom would look. What if this doesn’t work for me? We ask God for breakthrough, and then when he hands us tools to actually break through, a course, a person, a connection, an opportunity, a system, a business, a financial strategy, a Legal Shield membership, a coaching program, a church class, we say ⁓

I’m not sure, I’ll stay over here in the pit. I already understand. It makes no sense. We pray for abundance, but reject the structure that sustains abundance. We want peace, but cling to the habit that creates chaos. We beg for clarity. We beg you guys, but then we resist the pruning that brings the clarity. Trying to build a whole life.

while we keep God out of certain rooms, especially finances is like trying to build a house with no foundation. You can make it cute, you can decorate, you can make other people say,

But the first real storm will show you exactly what it’s built on. If there’s one thing my life has proven, it’s this. God has never failed me. Not once. Not in death. Not in cancer. Not in the shooting. Not in the robbery. Not in the affairs. Not in all the court dates. Not in 2020 when my entire event-based income vanished for a year. in all that dragged on and on and tried to drain every ounce of cushion

I had set aside. Every time I thought, this might be the storm that finally takes me out, God stepped in with divine intervention. Sometimes loud, sometimes subtle, but always perfectly timed. And I need you to hear this. The same God who upheld me through all of that cares about your future, your finances, your ability to breathe, and your desire to build something that outlives you.

So today we’re gonna talk about money again. We’re going to talk about opportunity. We’re going to talk about business. We’re going to talk about structure. But underneath all of that, we’re talking about trust. We’re talking about whether you will open the door when God knocks

Let me paint the picture a bit more. In this class that Joseph Singel has put on that we’re doing at our church, ⁓ people are leaning in. They’re engaged. They’re taking notes. I’m a little obsessed too. He provides all of these different online graphs and charts for you to plug all your numbers in. It’s really cool to see and set your goals. We’re even sharing our wins and our struggles. None of us are lazy or not uninterested. We’re genuinely trying.

And I hear such familiar lines in any of these classes that I do anytime I talk about money with anyone. I want to invest, but I literally don’t have extra money right now. I feel like I’m constantly treading water. I love to start a business, but I can’t afford to risk thousands of dollars. I want to be able to work from anywhere, but I don’t know a way to do that. I want my kids to have a better life than I did, but I don’t have a plan. I want to leave a legacy, but right now I’m just trying to survive this week.

I try to send a three minute video, an 11 minute video to people that will change their life and everybody says, I just can’t add anything else to my plate right now. Listen, you are driving every single day to drop off your kids or you’re going to work or you’re brushing your teeth or you’re going to bathroom or you’re showering. You are listening to music, you’re listening to podcasts, listen to a three or an 11 minute video that can change the trajectory of your whole life.

These things I hear people saying, these aren’t excuses, this is real life. These are parents, caregivers, employees, small business owners. People are juggling a lot. I know, I used to be one of them. I did 3,000 things it felt like. And then I learned how to say no. I learned the power of no.

But yet what breaks my heart is seeing that when something is possible for someone else, when something is accessible, when something doesn’t require massive overhead and decades of schooling and a six figure buy-in, people are so conditioned to

it that they walk away before they even understand what they’re looking at. They went out, the door appears, fear screams louder than faith, and they stay in the room they hate.

I can’t even get people to hear what it is. They say no before they even know.

Why do we reject simple doors? Here’s where psychology comes in, and I’ve always been so fascinated in psychology. I loved it in college. I said I want to do this. I didn’t know what the heck I would do it for, but I’ve always had an interest, so I love this part of it. Your brain was designed to keep you safe, not successful. That means anything unfamiliar gets tagged as danger, even if it’s the exact thing you’ve been praying for. Think about that.

There’s a concept called cognitive dissonance. It’s when reality bumps into your beliefs and your brain doesn’t know what to do, so it tries to push the new information away. If you grew up believing, money is always hard to get. You have to work yourself into the ground to deserve anything good. Success is rare and those people are just lucky. Only certain kinds of people get ahead. Anything that sounds simple must be a scam.

Investing is only for people with a lot of money sitting around. Businesses require massive startup capital and a huge risk. Then something like, Hey, you can build a real business for $99 one time and $25 a month with your first month free with a website, marketing, training, coaching, daily pay, and it’s willable for two generations is going to make your brain go, nope.

Absolutely not. That cannot be real. Even if it is, even if it’s been around for 50 years, even if it’s regulated, even if it protects people, even if it aligns with your values, if it doesn’t match your internal story, your mind will try to shut it.

And that’s what I see happening over and over.

A man I met the other day, I asked what he did. He was telling me how he’s traveled all over the world. He’s lived in so many different states. He just wants to find a job that he can work from anywhere. And I smiled and I said, ⁓ I actually do have something that can help you with that. He didn’t even let me finish really explaining what it was. He just said, it’s not an MLM, is it?

He didn’t really know the model. I didn’t share a whole lot about the services. He didn’t know it had been around for decades. He didn’t know it pays daily. He didn’t know it is built on protecting people and not selling trinkets. This might require me to open up to something I was taught to fear,

and his brain slammed the door and he walked away. And I felt God whisper almost like a sigh, this is why many of my people stay stuck. Not because I don’t provide answers, but because they don’t trust the doors I open. And that stung for me too. Because I can think of times in my own life where I asked for a rescue and then pushed away the rope when it showed up.

Let’s talk about some real people. Okay, so I want to slow down and just tell you some stories. Not hype, not cherry-picked fantasy scenarios, real people, real families, real situations, real dialogue I’ve had just in the last few weeks alone. We did a huge event last week where 11 people who have made millions and done multiple business ventures, they all came together to talk about Legal Shield.

and the multi-level marketing that Legal Shield provides if you want to make an income. This mom made $50,000 in 14 days. She has only been a part of this business for 14 days. She came on and the first thing she said was, I don’t know a lot about Legal Shield, but I can tell you surely about how fast the money came in for me.

She came from another multi-level marketing world. She was checked out emotionally. She said, I’m done. She didn’t like the way that that business was handled. She worked her tail off, built a team, poured into people, and then ended up burnout, exhausted, and honestly, kind of disillusioned. She felt like she had promised people freedom and handed them a lot of pressure. And then one of her friends said, I’m going to sign you up anyway. And she said, OK, whatever. She said, I don’t want to do this, but OK.

The next day, her son needed something that we typically all do, but we’ve been wired to think we don’t need attorneys in our back pocket. We don’t need support. We don’t need access to the justice system. We’re not getting in trouble. We just don’t need that.

her son needed help with a basic daily thing. And they said, well, you’re an adult now, so you need your own membership. So she called back the guy who got her signed up and said, look, I’m not gonna log into anything. I don’t wanna do this. Like, just sign my son up. And he did. And then the next day she woke up and saw money in her account and she said, what is this? And they said, that was the money you just earned from signing your son up.

She immediately said, ⁓ my gosh, this is what my team needs. They need money instantly. They need to know that they’re pouring into people with the service they actually need and then to make money now, not next week, not next month, not a quarter out. So she got her whole entire team to enroll to work with Legal Shield and sell services to get people affordable access to the justice system. And within 14 days, she made $50,000.

dollars. If you come from another multi-level marketing company, I’m telling you this is right up your alley.

A few weeks ago I met with a former CFO of GE.

She had the big title, the big paycheck, the big responsibilities, the big stress. She had what most people would consider security. And then one morning her husband woke her up and said, can I ask you hard question? He said, you spent your whole career building someone else’s dream and pouring into a company that could let you go tomorrow. If that happens, if one person above you decides you’re no longer needed, what happens to us? What happens to your future? Your income stops.

She said that question wrecked her because she realized in that moment that her entire financial foundation was built on something she did not own or control. She had possession but no legacy, a high salary but no real leverage, a resume but not an inheritance. Then when she saw a Legal Shield she didn’t see a side hustle. She saw a way to build something that couldn’t be taken away from her. And it’s her goal and her mission to make the same amount of money over here.

that she did there and nothing will happen to that if something happens to her.

she saw a way to create an income stream tied to real people and real families and real memberships.

That’s the difference between an income and a legacy. Darnell Self He’s been with Legal Shield for over 25 years. He’s one of our top leaders on our team.

But what struck me was not the rank, it was the way he talks about time.

There’s no greater feeling than waking up today and being paid for work I did 25 years ago. That’s residual income. That’s seeds and harvest. That’s very biblical. A good person leaves an inheritance for their children’s children. That’s what the Bible says.

year one, in year five, 15, 20.

He helped families sign up memberships, built relationships, supported a team, and now even when he’s not working like crazy, the harvest still comes in. And when he dies, those residuals are willable to his children and then to his grandchildren, two generations. Think about that. Your future grandkids could be covered because of decisions you make now. That is not normal in the traditional job world.

Think about that. His kids and their kids will eat from trees that he planted long before they were even born. And to me, that sounded like God taking obedience and multiplying it across generations.

Marty worked in the boxing world. His wife used to be a professional boxer. He was around big names, big events, big checks. His livelihood was tied to whether someone else stepped into the ring and won. And he said, when, and I won’t say their name, stopped winning, so did his income. Let that sit. The moment that person’s career shifted, his security shattered. When Legal found Legal Shield, he said,

What blew his mind wasn’t the idea of making money. He knew how to make money. He’d seen it. It was that he could build something that didn’t disappear when someone else’s performance dipped. That he could serve people, protect them,

those memberships. That he could build something steady instead of something unstable.

And then he said the line that has just been glued to my brain ever since. He said, keep an open mind because a closed mind don’t get fed. He said it about money. I heard it spiritually too though. If you close your mind, your bank account starves. If you close faith mind, your faith starves. If you close your mind, your dreams starve. Then Yolanda Smith, I have the true honor of

interviewing her for my podcast a few episodes back so make sure you go watch that because it is fire. She is a ball of energy that comes with so much wealth of knowledge as a business coach

You’ve heard this story if you’ve listened to episode 13 of this podcast with Yolanda.

But she lost $40,000 because of a contract she thought was good enough.

It looked professional, but it didn’t actually protect her when a client decided to take advantage. $40,000 gone. Not because she didn’t work hard, not because she didn’t deliver, but because she didn’t have Legal backup. And the emotional toll of that was heavy.

Legal Shield doesn’t undo that pain.

but now she refuses to walk into another business deal without attorneys behind her.

She uses it personally. She uses it for her business. She recommends it to her clients.

Another single mom I talked to.

said what so many of us feel but don’t say out loud. I’m barely holding my life together. She said I don’t have time to become a stock expert. I don’t have money to buy properties. I don’t have the capacity to take on something huge. I’m so mentally tired that even the idea of learning something new makes me want to cry. when I explained the Legal Shield membership and how for a dollar a day she could have an attorney in her pocket.

someone to review documents, answer questions, help with landlord issues, medical bills, traffic

disputes and beyond. And she got a little teary when I explained that there’s also a path to earn income at her pace with training built in, with support, no massive buy-in. She said, this is the first thing I’ve heard that feels like it’s actually for people like me.

And that, that right there, that’s what I care about so much and why I want to have this conversation so often.

Another example, a small business owner hires a cheap designer for logo. They get something cute for 50 bucks. They use it on everything. One day they get a cease and desist letter from a big company’s Legal team saying, this resembles our trademark. Stop using it or we will sue you. They don’t have thousands of dollars to call a local attorney and say help. They don’t even know where to start. So many entrepreneurs just panic. They give in and then they eat the loss.

With Legal Shield, that letter can be sent straight to their provider firm. An attorney responds on their behalf. They’re educated on their rights. They have options. And that’s the kind of protection that would have saved me and so many other massive stresses.

I know a dad who spent thousands and thousands of dollars in a custody fight just to be able to save his kids fairly. He felt small and powerless, like the system was stacked against him like we all do. He didn’t know his rights and if you don’t know your rights you don’t have any. He didn’t have money to keep an attorney on retainer forever. And when he finally got access to Legal Shield he said, it was the first time I felt like someone had my back. Like I didn’t have to walk into the saloon.

Now he tells every father he meets, get protected, don’t wait until you’re drowning. And I say the same thing.

In our financial class, Joseph Sengel is teaching about five main ways people typically grow wealth, like company stocks, bonds, mutual funds, Spanish, real estate, both residential and commercial, and then small businesses or franchises, which I know plenty about. Stocks can be fantastic long-term, but they require margin and emotional discipline.

You have to be willing to watch them fluctuate without panicking and cashing out at the worst time. And for a lot of people living check to check, that emotional buffer Just isn’t there yet. Bonds are slower, safer, but not going to radically change most families’ lives quickly. They’re a piece of a puzzle, but not the whole picture. Mutual funds spread out risk and grow over time, but again, they feel distant.

Put money in now, wait 30 years, wait 40 years, and then hope it works. And you might not even be around to see that. That’s a hard sell to someone who is wondering how to get through this month. Real estate can be incredible. I love the idea of owning assets that cash flow.

But let’s be honest, you need capital, you need credit, you need to qualify for loans, you need to cover repairs, you need to vacancies, you need to handle tenants or hire someone who does. And then businesses and franchises,

That’s where the potential for a big upside lives, but so does the upfront cost. Many franchises are 50K, 100K, 250K just to get started. Then you have to rent, insurance, payroll, equipment, advertising utilities, inventory, and so much more. That’s not exactly accessible to someone who just wants an extra 500 to $2,000 a month.

So we sit in a class hearing about these five paths, nodding and believing they’re true in theory, and then quietly thinking, well, that all sounds great and completely out of reach for me, especially when you’re talking 40 years. That’s why I care so much about making sure people understand that there are options that break that mold.

that are truly low overhead, low barrier, high value, legitimate

legacy oriented. Legal Shield through my new passion project brand Rich Life Alliance with my friend Stacey is one of those. For a one time $99 and then a $25 a month with the first month being free, you can have a fully built out business model website,

marketing tools, a proven comp plan, daily pay, advanced pay, residual pay, coaches that are worth thousands of dollars just to have mentor you, weekly and monthly free trainings and it’s willable for your kids and your grandkids. And you’re not selling lotions or leggings, you’re connecting people to affordable access to the justice system.

When Joseph says investing is risky, he’s right in many contexts. But I look at this and I think for the price of two Starbucks trips a month, I can have a business that pays me daily, that protects people I care about, that I can work from my phone and I can will to my children. To me, that is a very smart form of investing in a small business. It is a no-brainer. But again, the question is not,

Are there options? The question is, will you listen? Will you even let yourself hear them? Here’s where I turn the mirror just a bit closer. From what I see in that class and in conversations with so many moms, entrepreneurs, creatives, business owners, believers, the biggest block is not actually money. It’s capacity. We’re exhausted. We’re overwhelmed.

We are carrying way too many tabs open in our brain at once. Our homes are disorganized, our email inboxes are chaos, our to-do lists are a mile long, our kids have sports and activities, we’re running businesses or working our jobs, we’re trying to stay healthy, we’re navigating emotional healing all at the same time, and sometimes just trying to sleep. So when someone says, hey, here’s a business you can start, here’s a side hustle, here’s a course, here’s a path out.

Your nervous system doesn’t hear freedom. It hears, another thing I’m going to fail at because I can’t keep up with what I already have. It’s too much. I can’t add more to my plate. And that’s real. That’s honest.

You can’t build wealth in chaos. You can’t steward opportunity without structure. You can’t absorb new financial education while your nervous system is in constant state of alarm. That’s why Joseph says budgeting is for the day to day tracking. Investing is what funds your big dreams. And I want to add structure is what gives you the capacity to even invest. This is where my own story and the 8-8-8 life blueprint really comes in.

There was a season in my life, honestly, several, where everything felt like it was falling apart and at once. Death, betrayal, Legal battles, financial hits, parenting through trauma, trying to keep businesses afloat, lots of betrayal actually. And I had every reason to shut down and I could have and I almost did. I didn’t get my life back by magically making more money overnight. I got my life back because God led me step by step into structure.

He taught me how to look at my days differently, how to build my schedule differently, how to simplify decisions, how to use tools and systems instead of doing everything manually. I talk about this so much in my past podcasts. How to set up my home and my work in a way that supported my brain instead of draining it. That’s where what I now call the 8-8-8 theory was born, not in a productivity book, not in a Pinterest graphic.

but in the middle of a storm where I needed a way not to drown. So let me explain. Eight hours of work on purpose, eight hours of rest, and eight hours of

became so much more than a cute little time block. It became a filter, a way of asking, is my life even remotely aligned with what my body, my mind, my family, my calling, and my God actually need?

Eight hours of purpose doesn’t mean clocking in at a job you hate and staring at a screen. It means intentionally dedicating part of your day to what produces income, impact, and forward movement. That might be your job. It might be your business. It might be content creation, sales calls, meeting with clients, planning, marketing, studying, or serving. Eight hours of rest is not just sleep. Though sleep is huge and

We way underestimate it. It’s also emotional rest. It’s time where your brain is not required to solve problems. It’s Sabbath. It’s quiet nights. It’s not scrolling yourself into numbness, but actually letting your soul exhale. And let’s pause right there because when we say we don’t have time to add things to our plate, I challenge you to go look at your phone and see how often you are scrolling social media. If you can replace…

the one, two hours or more a day that you say you don’t have time because you’re scrolling social media and you intentionally turn it off and redirect your attention elsewhere, I promise you, your life will change. Eight hours of life is the part most of us have never been taught how to structure at all. Life is school drop-offs, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, dishes,

Yard work, errands, paying bills, replying to messages, scheduling appointments, date nights, connecting with friends, going to church, time with your kids, workouts, hobbies, reading, learning, dreaming. What I discovered is that when you don’t give that life bucket any structure, it bleeds into everything. It invades your purpose hours, it steals from your rest, it becomes this vague fog of I’m always busy but nothing feels done. So I started asking different questions.

What if I could make my life hours more clear, more routine, more supported?

What if I could reduce how many decisions I had to make in a day? What if I could create systems that skimmed off the chaos? When I say systems, I don’t mean a color-coded planner and a bunch of aesthetic bins, though you know I love a good bin and all of the old pens and organizational things that all of us girls grew up loving. But I mean rhythms, checklists, automations, shared calendars.

Email templates. Standard operating procedure for your own life. In my home, it looked like setting certain days for groceries and meal planning instead of constantly wondering at 5pm what’s for dinner. It meant creating a weekly reset where we pick up the house, we do laundry, we reset spaces so the week starts calmer. Assigning spots for things so I’m not constantly losing keys, chargers, or paperwork. I laugh because the keys were an issue for many, many years.

In my business, looked like using AI to help me write captions for my social media posts, outlines, a client correspondence. So I’m not starting from scratch every single time. It meant creating workflows and automated emails of things I was already manually typing over and over and over. Creating templates for response emails, contracts, and voices and workflows is where it’s at in business.

Automating follow-up sequences for clients rather than relying on my own brain to remember who needs what and when. Batching content instead of scrambling every single day. In my brain it looks like reducing open loops by writing everything down in one place instead of 100 sticky notes. Limiting the number of big decisions I make in a day. Practicing actually closing my laptop and being off at a certain time every day.

giving myself permission to rest without guilt because I’d set up things to keep moving while I did. Once those systems started taking root, something wild happened. I had capacity again. People actually started asking me like, when do you work? Are you still working? Not because my circumstances instantly changed, but because the way I was holding them did.

Here’s why I’m talking about this in an episode that’s also about Legal Shield and investing in money and side hustles. Most people don’t need more hustle. They need more margin. They don’t need another thing to juggle. They need a different way of juggling what they already hold. If your life feels like a constant emergency, you will never feel safe enough to take a calculated risk, even a small, smart one.

Joseph said, the sooner you can implement this type of income, the sooner you’ll trust it. And I’d say the sooner you implement this type of structure, the sooner you’ll be able to even see the income opportunities clearly.

So the 8-8-8 Life Blueprint mini course, I created walks through exactly how I did this.

I could hear God more clearly on what he was asking me to build.

So if you’re still with me, and I hope you are, here’s the big picture I want you to see. You’re in a room called, “How it’s always been.” You’re tired in that room. You’re cramped in that room. You’re over it. It’s hot in there. On the wall is a door. On the other side of the door is Jesus knocking patiently saying, “Let me into this part too.”

The door is there. God’s not forcing you through it though. He’s inviting you and so am I.

He’s gonna invite you over and over and over. I might quit. And I just want to gently but firmly say with so much love.

If trying to do it your way, in your strength, with your systems, with your beliefs, without support, was going to work, it would have worked by now. So why not open the door?

I want to be very clear, I’m not saying Legal Shield is your savior, Jesus is. I’m not saying Rich Life Alliance is the only answer to your financial stress, there are a lot of paths. But I am saying this, for many people, this is a very realistic door. It’s a one-time $99 fee, a $25 a month overhead, and that is it after the first month is free. No office rent, no inventory, no shipping, no staff payroll, no massive risk. You get a business that allows you to work from

Anywhere you have your voice and your phone. It allows you to offer something people genuinely need access to attorneys for less than a dollar a day. And we all need that every individual, you know, every family and every business. It allows you to get paid daily and upfront on commissions. It allows you to build residual income on the lifetime of that membership. It allows you to will that income to your children and your grandchildren. I cannot say that loud enough. If you

If all you ever did was get your own membership, I would celebrate because that alone can prevent so much loss and heartache. If you also choose to work the business side at your pace

side hustle or full time, that can be an additional stream God uses to fund your dreams. Even if it’s 500 extra bucks, that’s huge. But whether you say yes to Legal Shield or not,

The bigger invitation of this episode is this. Stop ignoring the doors. Stop asking God for freedom and then dismissing everything that feels different than what you’ve imagined. Stop saying, went out and then choosing the same room because at least you know where everything is. If you’re listening and your honest thought is, I hear you, Jana, but I barely have the brain space to shower and answer texts, let alone build a whole new thing, then the very first step for you might not be the business. might be the blueprint.

But I will tell you, if you join me and work with Legal Shield protecting other people, all you have to do is the invitation, we’ll do the presentation, and you get to take home the compensation. That is what the most awesome Mr. James Kelly says all the time. It might just be reclaiming your time.

That’s what the 8-8-8 Life Blueprint mini course is for. It’s not fluffy, it’s not cute motivation, it’s the actual framework and systems I use to pull my life back into order so I could function again. And here I am. In it, I’ll talk about designing your days around purpose, rest, and life instead of pure reaction. Decluttering your physical and digital world so you can think, using AI to save those hours of content, communication, and planning.

setting up home rhythms that support your energy instead of drain it, creating simple repeatable workflows for your business or your job, giving yourself permission to set boundaries that protect your time

And all for just $49.99. We’ll be doing that in December. That way you’re ready January 1st to have a whole new set of structures set up for you so you can have your time and your freedom and your finances back.

It’s not the answer to everything, but it’s a really powerful starting point if you feel so overwhelmed that everything else just feels like noise. And then from there, once you’ve created space, that’s when you can come back to opportunities like LegalShield or other investments or business ideas and actually have the capacity to say, okay, God, I’m listening. Show me where to walk.

So just as the sun has left me and I’m now recording in the dark, I want to leave you with a few questions. Where have you been asking God for help, but ignoring the doors he’s quietly placed in front of you? Where has fear been louder than hope?

to new possibilities? Where do you need to invite God into structure, not just your Sunday?

be? Everybody says they want out. The door is there. Maybe today is the day you reach out.

you turn the knob and you see what God has actually been trying to give you all along. Thank you for hanging in with me through this conversation. If this stirred something in you, if you want to learn more about the 8-8-8 Life Blueprint or what I’m doing with Rich Life Alliance and Legal Shield, check out the show notes or message me and just say, “Hey I’m ready to open the door,” and we talk. No pressure, just some options. God has never failed you.

and he’s not about to start now.

I’m cheering for you, Dreamer. Until next time, have a wonderful week.
