Last fall, I set up mini sessions at Burr Oak Woods in Blue Springs, Missouri. Little did we know it would be shooting season, so they had the entire woods blocked off to the public. So instead of the woods, we made the park across the street work and I must say, I’m quite impressed with the beautiful glowy light, the colorful trees in the background and the open fields for awesome depth of field. I love that we can make magic happen anywhere. With cuties like this family, it’s so easy though.
