One of my absolute favorite things is nature. Combine nature with people for a family portrait lifestyle session and you have a pretty epic combo. To add in, wearing your wedding attire from years ago to capture some of you both today, made it extra special.

Julie found this stunning mountain top view for family photos in Boulder, Co. and it was just off the road and parking lot. Those deceiving drop offs look so close but it really was a a safe place to walk along the rocks to capture the depth of the distant mountains. Absolutely dreamy. But don’t be fooled. A place like this can still be very dangerous if children aren’t watched closely and carefully of course. Being in nature comes with risks for families but by us all practicing good safety, we got to have these beautiful moments amidst Mother Nature’s canvas and it was totally worth it.
