These stylish little girlies were the best smilers and so attentive their whole family session in Kansas City at the Loose Park’s Rose Garden last week. With their fur, matching golden bows, their baby blonde hair and curly sue hair, and super hip shoes they were totally portrait ready. I’m always so much more pleased when we let kids be kids in their photo sessions. No stiff poses, sitting and smiling at the camera for an hour. Why not play, be yourself, let your personalities shine and love on each other like you do in the day to day. These moments are so much more important to me. Mama and daddy will look back and remember all these cute little faces you made, how you played and laughed together, and oh those stinking adorable little baby rolls! How you were curious and intrigued by the leaves and the fountains around you. Thank you all for celebrating your family portrait session with me as your photographer. I’ve been dying to photograph your adorable family, so I can check that one off my bucket list.
