Eyes, eyes, eyes.
The light reflecting off the glistening snow, made their eyes pop incredibly. Even though snow can be bright, it is so clean, fresh, and breathtaking. All the leading lines of the trees, the soft fallen snow untouched, I love everything about winter photography. And this couple on their beloved session ended up getting a great workout. After two winter storms, the snow banks at Loose Park in Kansas City were so deep. And we figured “the quickest way from point A to point B was a straight line. (our first photo spot at the bridges and then our second spot at a low hanging tree completely across the park). So we treaded across the entire park with our snow boots, not realizing the workout we would get. I feel like we spent a good chunk of the session just trying to conquer this challenge. But so worth it. Ryan kept Laura’s frozen fingers warm and their smiles lasted the whole time. And to top it all, their kitties welcomed me into their home. What a cute little family they’ve started.
Congratulations Lisa & Ryan. I’m very excited for your wedding day.

Oh, my gosh, what a precious, fun couple. These are BEAUTIFUL, like hand painted pictures. So crisp and clear and they are ADORABLE!
