12:30 pm - Ladies get ready

I

12:30 pm

Photographers arrive to the ladies getting ready location. Ideally when we arrive, lead photographer starts photographing details & flat lays, while second photographs girls finishing getting ready. Then lead will capture girls while second photographer heads to the guys about 1:00pm.

1:00 pm - Ladies gowns on

III

1:00 - 1:45 pm

If you are at the same location as or near your first site, this is a great time to put your gowns on, do final touches, prepare to leave & to capture some bride portraits while you are fresh. If time, capture some of your bridesmaids too or even some fresh photos with your parents.

IV

2:00 - 3:15 pm

This moment does not ruin the moment you walk down the aisle. This is its own special moment, a time to get your jitters out, to see each other without any distractions, to be still together, alone. This moment is special in so many ways and allows you to be together longer on your wedding day.

V

3:15 - 4:00 pm

Ideally for average 6-8 bridal party members to capture it all. For larger parties, we recommend 1 - 1.5 hours at one location of your choice. If driving to two locations, please make sure to add in additional time for loading up & driving to the next site. 4:00 head back to ceremony site with a 15 min drive.

Depending on the size of your family, an average family takes about 20-30 minutes. We figure in 1 minute per group shot. For post ceremony family photos, we start with the larger groups to get them complete first so they can enjoy cocktail hour. Then we do children and them immediate family.

A lot of our couples are switching to doing a fun ceremony exit. This way all their guests are still there, the lighting is beautiful, it's a celebration of you both tying the knot. If you opt for a late night send off,  you can stage one right before your photographers leave. The earlier, the more guests that are typically still there.
